On the International Day for the Elimination of Violence Against Women (VAW), Nov 25, the first day of 16 Days against VAW, the feminist collective #LasTesis from Valparaiso took the streets in the center of Santiago de Chile and showed a powerful patriarchy critique and stunning performance ‘Un violador en tu camino‘ against sexual assault of women in front of the Supreme Court of Chile. #LasTesis, a collective of 4 Chilean women (Sibila Sotomayor, Daffne Valdés, Paula Cometa Stange y Lea Cáceres) started a wave going arround the world against sexist violence.

Their feminist critique on patriarchy and sexual violence. And it accuses the suppressive Chilean state, whose police and military forces have killed, tortured and violated numerous protesters as well as innocent bystanders during the biggest civil protests since the end of the military dictatorship in 1989.
